Zack and Maggie’s backyard Urbanna wedding was held on the weekend just after hurricane Michael decided to come into town. Of course, that came with a few little mishaps to start off the day. With trees blocking roads, clean up to be done around the ceremony and receptions site, plus working off of generators… stress levels were a little high the morning of the wedding. Can you imagine!? There was no power in the house for half of the day, but thankfully, it came back on just in time! Maggie and Zack were surrounded by friends and family that were there to help them with anything and they were troopers through it all! Maggie did an amazing job at keeping it together and by the time everything was back to normal, she was ready for action!
They ended up having the most beautiful, sunny day! The location was right on the river and the backyard was set up with some impressive decorations. This wedding was full of creative and beautiful details from the entrance, to the ceremony site, to the bar, and the reception. If you ever need backyard wedding inspiration, this will definitely spark some ideas! I loved the gold oyster shells, the chalkboard designs, the antique furniture, the artworks, the guest favors, and so much more!
Zack and Maggie had one of the most moving First Looks that I have had the pleasure of photographing. Just wait until you see those photos. If you were ever against doing a First Look, this just might change your mind! It is so evident that these two are meant for each other. They share so much love and spread so much light. They have friends and family that love them dearly and that showed throughout the entire day and night. From an emotional morning, to an exciting day, and an extremely fun night on the dance floor, this wedding was a dream to capture!
Cheers to Zack and Maggie and all the adventures ahead of them! Wishing them both the happiest life full of blessings. Enjoy seeing all my favorite moments of this wedding!
