Ah! I am so excited to finally share this gorgeous day with you all! I call this one the ultimate Richmond wedding since we took pictures in so many awesome locations around the city and there were quite a few special RVA elements added throughout the day! We started at the Graduate Hotel where the girls were getting ready, then we all made our way to Libby Hill for the first look and portraits… that’s when King of Pops showed up and saved us all from fainting from the heat, haha! Such a fun way to cool down- they were loving it as you can see from the photos. After that everyone hopped on a pretty white trolley which then landed us at their beautiful church for the first look with Lily’s father (you WILL cry when you see those) and then the sweetest ceremony. After that we made our way to Main Street Train Station for more bride and groom portraits and then the reception to follow! I’ll tell you what, it was a busy busy day, but SO much fun, especially since the couple was so enjoyable to be around!
Lily and Nick were so easy to work with, they loved to be silly together and were just overly cute together, I couldn’t help but be happy around them! Sometimes you just know when you’re soulmates with a bride and Lily was totally one of those brides, haha… she gets me! She was organized, timely, easy to talk to, fun to be around, and I just appreciated how thankful and loving she was towards me and the other vendors. I felt so grateful they found and hired me to document such a wonderful time in their lives.
Congratulations to Lily and Nick! Love you, friends!!!
